FANTASY BOWL VII
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2002 OFFL CHAMPION: DAN VANHOLLEBEKE AND "RAMS"!!!
Rams bucked the odds and wrapped up a stellar first season in the OFFL with a dominating 85-61 victory over former champion Blood Drive. Rams had solid performances from the four players that make up the core of his team, Garcia, Dillon, Garner and Harrison. The curse continues as we're still waiting for a two-time champ....maybe Rams will repeat? Blood Drive owner Mike Fera was concerned about his team having a down week sometime in the playoffs after the way they've been playing and it couldn't have come at a worst time. Ricky couldn't save the day this time.
TOILET BOWL III
If things end as they are after Sunday, we will have co-champs of the Toilet Bowl, Scoregasm and Stogies. I won't break the tie and both teams will receive a trophy and their $50 fantasy dollars....Scoregasm had a solid third week of 87 points and Stogies topped the century mark for the second straight week with 102 to tie Scoregasm at 288 points. However, Freakshow and Burns still have a shot. Freakshow would need 31 points from the Pittsburgh defense to top 288 pts and Burns needs 35 points from Plaxico Burress to do the same.....(Past Winners: 2000--Burns, Inc., 2001--Mother Chuckers)
