1. If you have a league-specific question regarding your league rules, deadlines, lineups, etc., please contact your league commissioner via email. Keep in mind that under no circumstances will the MyFantasyLeague.com support staff be able to do things like make draft picks, submit lineups, do waiver moves, reset passwords, etc., for any owner, for fear of violating league rules.
2. Next, most league pages have a link in the upper-right hand corner titled Learn more... - click on that link, and a pop-up window will appear giving details regarding the page that you are currently on. In addition, the site has very detailed on-line help which explains in detail how to do most things with the site.
3. Next, check out our MyFantasyLeague.com Community Forums - you will find site experts out there who have tons of experience with the site, and who might be eager to help you with your questions.
