| 1. | Why does FFLM cause error messages when I try to create a new league or import my league info? Answer: This may be caused by Windows 7 or Vista and the permissions that they allow for older Windows programs. Try running the program as "Administrator" to see if that helps. This web page describes how to do that in more detail:
http://www.lancelhoff.com/how-to-run-a-program-in-vista-with-administrator-rights/
Basically, you can right click on the program icon and then click on the "Run as Administrator" option. Then right click on the icon again and click on the "Properties" item. Then choose the Compatibility tab, and choose "Windows XP (with SP 2)" from there. Then it should allow you to open your league without any error messages.

| 2. | What is the FFLM setup configuration program used for? Answer: While most of the capabilities of the configuration program can also be done directly online, some tasks can be made easier through the use of this utility. Although it can be used to import an online draft for use with FFLM (our PC-based product), it's primary focus is on assisting the setup of a MyFantasyLeague.com league. With it you can define an export the following items:
• scoring rules
• head to head schedule
• team information
• salary information
• draft order
• draft results
• rosters
All of the above can be now handled online so the need for this utility is lessened.

| 3. | How can I transfer my league history from FFLM to MyFantasyLeague.com? Answer: Start by downloading and installing the latest version of FFLM from here:
http://www.fflm.com/download/index.htm
Then use it to open your old FFLM league file(s), and then follow these steps for each year of history that you want to transfer:
1. Switch to the season that you wan to transfer, using the "Setup > Previous Season" menu item as needed within FFLM.
2. Also switch to the final week within that year within FFLM (for example, Week #17 if that was the final week for that year in your league).
3. Click the "Exchange" button in the upper right..
4. From that screen, click on the "Create New League" button. It will prompt you for a commissioner email address and password. This will create the (blank) historical league on MyFantasyLeague.com.
5. Click on the "Verify League and Password" button. This will take you to the "Match Teams & Franchises" tab. You can ignore this tab now and click on the "Export" tab at the top.
6. From the "Export" tab, click on the "Transfer ALL League Info" button. Then wait about 10 seconds while FFLM transfers all of the league information.
That should be all there is to it. You can then click on the blue link at the bottom to view your historical league on MyFantasyLeague.com, and it should match up with your FFLM info for that season. Repeat the above steps for each year of history that you want to transfer.
