| 3. | How do I set up an NFL playoff league (or, How do I keep playing during the NFL playoffs)? Answer: You can set your regular season league to continue to week 21 by going to your For Commissioner Setup > General Scoring Setup and adjust the weeks that your season calculates.
The better option, if you do not want your Regular season altered in any way, is to set up a separate playoff league by going to the My Leagues > Setup up an NFL Playoff League based on This League. The playoff leagues are completely free and you can transfer all of your current league information over to them without disrupting your regular season play.
If you had an NFL Playoff League in 2011 then you can go to that 2011 NFL Playoff League home page and log in as commissioner. Once logged in you can go to the My Leagues on the menu bar and choose "Upgrade this NFL Playoff League to a 2012 NFL Playoff League".
New to MFL, or wanting a fresh start, simply go to the MyFantasyLeague.com home page and on the right hand column click the link to "Setup your league now!" under the Free Playoff League header.
Note that these will be available mid-December, so look for the announcement in your MFL Site News!

| 4. | How do I Hide Lineups and Rosters for my League? Answer: To Hide the Rosters for your league you will need to go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Reports & Other Settings and choose to turn off the option to "Display Roster Report". Note that Hiding the Rosters will also hide the Transaction Report for your league.
As for the Lineups, you will need to go to For Commissioner > Setup > Starting Lineup Setup and enable the one of the following settings:
Hide Starting Lineups from all owners until:
- Never Hide Starters
- Kickoff of the first game of the week
- Kickoff of the first Sunday game of the week
- Kickoff of the last game of the week
Enabling these options will also prevent any emails from being sent to owners regarding Waiver moves or lineup submissions. It will however still send the confirmation Lineup email to the owner of the franchise if enabled on the For Owners > Franchise Setup - Contact Info.

| 6. | How do I set my league up to be a Contest League for the NFL Playoffs? Answer: A tournament/contest style league does not use rosters, waivers, nor trades. Instead, each team chooses a lineup each week that's independent of every other team (therefore all teams might start the same player in a given week).
Once you have created a NFL Playoff League for weeks 18-21 you can set that league up to be a contest league.
Enable this via the For Commissioner > Setup > General League Setup by choosing "Rosters are not used: A player can only be on a franchise's starting lineup XX times per season." and specify a number between 1-4 for XX (depending on how many times you want each team to be able to start a given player during the the NFL Playoffs).
Once defined, owners will simply use the For Owners > Submit Lineup screen to choose starters each week.

| 7. | We are setting up a playoff league with the same rules, but want different rosters. Can we set up a Live Draft for the Playoff League? Answer: Yes, assuming that you hold the live draft after week 17 has completed you can run a draft just like a regular season live draft.
Please note however that the ADP automatic draft option is not designed for post-season play and therefore will not currently function while conducting a post-season draft.

| 15. | Our playoffs are a "free for all" where no owner has a roster, but all owners can submit any player from any team. How do we set this up? Answer: Once you have created a Playoff League (separate from your Regular Season League) you will go to Setup > General League Setup and choose the option Rosters are not used - instead, this league is a contest-type league, whereby an owner can start any NFL player XX times per season.
NOTE: With a Contest League, each week your owners will submit a new lineup based on the NFL Player pool. The lineups will not copy over for the duration of the playoffs as that option only applies to Rostered Leagues.
For details on other league setup options you can view the Help > Help Center - Commissioner Tutorials.
