| 1. | How do I Submit a Late Lineup? Answer: Only the commissioner can submit a lineup for an owner after the deadline. As commissioner go to the For Owners > Submit Lineup screen and choose the franchise in which you wish to submit a lineup for. Choose the week in which you wish to correct the lineup and submit the lineup for the owner. Any change will also update the franchise's lineup submission timestamp as it appears on the Starting Lineups report.
If the lineup change is made following the processing of the final (Monday Night Football) game of the week, the commissioner will also need to use the For Commissioners > Recalculate Standings screen to update the starter points for the newly submitted lineup.
Note that in order to do this process the commissioner account cannot be locked on the Abilities Setup screen.
**For Playoff Leagues** If your games have passed, and players have been eliminated, you may need to go to the Setup > Reports & Other Settings to re-enable the option: "Display Non-Playoff Players On Fantasy Free Agent Lists During NFL Playoffs (Week 18 through Week 21)?". That will allow you to add players who have already been eliminated from the playoffs.

| 2. | An owner in my league had players in Thursday's game, but when he went to change his lineup before Sunday they were removed. How do I make sure that these Thursday players are locked into the games? Answer: If you have enabled one of the options to copy lineups on the Setup > Players And Rosters > Starting Lineup Setup, it is most likely the option: "As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available". If this is the selection then lineups do not copy until after Monday Night's final results run.
Therefore, if an owner submits a lineup after Thursday kickoff (but no lineup prior to Thursday) then all players that played on Thursday are locked out of his lineup as they are locked at kickoff of their game. You will want to change your settings to "As Soon As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available" to have these players locked into their games on Thursday at kickoff.

| 3. | Why can't I change my lineup if I drop or trade away my Thursday player? Answer: If you started a player in your Thursday game and then trade or drop the player after his game you will not be able to re-submit your lineup.
If you submitted the player as a starter and have now dropped them you will still receive the points for that week, but cannot make lineup changes with the newly acquired players as that would be allowing you to submit your lineup from a Roster + X (the newly acquired players).
If you received a player in a Trade that played on Thursday, after the game, you cannot start this player as the deadline has passed.

| 4. | Why can't I submit my week xx lineups? Answer: Most likely because it's past your league-specified lineup submission deadline. To check, go to the League ByLaws report. Look for the line that reads "Lineup Submission Deadline" - if that day/time has already passed for this week, it is past your lineup submission deadline and you will not be able to submit lineups for that week. If your commissioner wants to change the league-specified lineup submission deadline, he/she can do that on Weekly Lineup Setup screen.
This problem is especially prevalent if you have a lineup submission deadline of a time other than kickoff of the first game each week, and there is a Thursday or Saturday game.
One other issue may be that you have selected that "Calendar Deadline" for your lineup submissions. If this is the case you will need to ensure that the Thursday Lineup Deadlines and Saturday Lineup Deadlines are properly defined on the League Calendar, especially for Thanksgiving week when Thursday games kick off at 12:30pm ET. You have to have your Thursday deadline prior to the kickoff of the first game played.

| 5. | How was an owner able to submit a lineup that didn't fill all the positions (such as PK or Def)? What can I do to prevent this? Answer: This can occur if on the Setup > Other Transaction Settings > Weekly Lineup Setup both a gametime lineup deadline is defined while allowing partial lineups (either always or by the System). The system will allow the owner until kickoff of the last game to submit a full valid lineup and provide an error message on the Submit Lineup Page informing them of the missing criteria. It is then up to the owner to properly enter their lineup.
If you wish to always require a full valid lineup then you will want to change this setting to "No Partial Lineups". That will require the owners to always submit a valid lineup, but still make changes up until the players individual games.

| 6. | How do I, as the league commissioner, Submit Lineups for an owner? Answer: As commissioner go to the For Owners > Submit Lineup screen and choose the franchise in which you wish to submit a lineup for. From that page, be sure that the correct week is selected before submitting lineups, especially if you're submitting lineups for an already in-progress week.
Note that in order to do this process the commissioner account cannot be locked on the Abilities Setup screen.

| 7. | Is it possible to submit two different starting lineups - one for each game in a double-header? Answer: No, each franchise can only have one score per week, so only one lineup per week can be submitted regardless of the number of fantasy games on the schedule.

| 8. | An owner submitted their lineup during the games on Sunday, but the players whose games already started are now removed. Why didn't they copy? Answer: Most likely your setting on the Setup > Players And Rosters > Starting Lineup Setup is set to copy after Final (Monday's) results are in. This means that if an owner does not submit a lineup all weekend then it will copy at that time.
Therefore, if an owner submits a lineup after kickoff then all players that already started are locked out of his lineup as they are locked at kickoff of their game. You will want to change your settings to "As Soon As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available" to have these players locked into their games before kickoff.

| 9. | I used to be able to see lineup submissions on my transactions report - why aren't they there any more? Answer: Many customers felt that lineup submission records were cluttering up the transactions report, so we've moved them to a different location in 2010. You can find them on the Starting Lineups report - specifically, click on the "Lineup Details" link underneath each lineup record.
However, if your league chooses to hide lineups from all owners, you won't be able to see the "Starting Lineups" report until after your league-specified deadline for when lineups should be exposed.

| 10. | People in my league cannot submit lineups (or, visit our league home page) - Internet Explorer is giving them the ugly "Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Web Page" message - what should I do? Answer: It seems like a certain combination of custom coding, running Internet Explorer, and the weather being displayed on your submit lineups page (or, your league home page) causes this problem. Ideas for solving this problem include:
1. Have your owners run Firefox. It's a free, alternative web browser that many people find much more stable and faster than Internet Explorer. You can download it from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ .
2. Remove the custom coding from all of your league pages.
3. Remove the link to the weather from your league pages. You can do this by going to the For Commissioners > Setup > Appearance Setup > Reports And Other Settings page, and change the "Show Weather Links?" option from it's default of "Yes" to "No".

| 11. | How do I Submit a Future Lineup? Answer: To submit a future lineup go to the For Owners > Submit Lineup screen. Choose the Corresponding Week by sepecting the link next to the "Submitting Lineups For Week:". Now, you may select your starters as usual and click on the Submit Lineups button.
Once completed, it's always a good idea to use the Reports > Franchise > Starting Lineups report to verify the lineup for any (including any future) week.
Note that you cannot submit a future lineup based on waiver/trades you *hope* to make. You can only choose from the players on your roster at the time you submit the lineup.

| 12. | How do I Submit my Lineup? Answer: - Go to your For Owners > Submit Lineup.
- Check the Corresponding box next to the player name in which you would like to start that week. Be sure that the number of players you check equals the number of minimum players required to start each position.
- Under the optional message you may enter in any information to send to your opponent when submitting a lineup. Typically this is a great place for trash-talking if your owners and will appear on the Starting Lineup Report.
- When finished, you MUST click on the Submit Lineups button in order to enter your lineup.
A confirmation page will then show you have submitted a proper lineup based on your league rules. As a general rule, it’s a good idea to always go to your Reports > Franchise > Starting Lineups immediately after you’ve submitted your lineup to ensure you’ve selected the correct players and completed the process.

| 14. | How can I submit a lineup when my only kicker is on bye and it won't accept my current one without him? Answer: Your rules are not setup up to allow for a partial lineup so the owner will not be able to submit his lineup. To fix this you case do one of the following:
1. Allow him to pick up another kicker.
2. Change your settings in the Weekly Lineup Setup to allow for a partial lineup (so he would have 1 less player on his lineup for that week by not having a kicker start).
3. Submit his lineup for him as commissioner.

| 16. | How do I use the Submit Lineup page? Answer:
Use this screen to enter your starting players for a given week. The current week's number will appear by default, but you can change this to submit lineups for any current or future week. This option only appears if the commissioner has allowed franchise owners the ability to submit lineups in Abilities Setup.
Week xx - Use this pull down to change the week to any future week in the season. This is useful if you are leaving for vacation and will be unable to submit an upcoming lineup. Additionally, a commissioner may use this to submit a lineup for a previous week. If this is done, however, the Recalculate Standings option must be used for that week (and all subsequent weeks) to update the scores.
Roster - Your entire roster will appear, separated by position. The left-most column of each of these separations will remind you how many players from each category you need to start. For any player, clicking on any of the name or YTD pts link will take you to the player page or top performers data, respectively.
Opp Rank - This field represents the passing and rushing rank for the player's opponent where a rank of 1 is the highest (fewest ave. yards passing/rushing allowed per game). This feature can be turned off in the Reports & Other Settings screen.
Optional Message - Enter in any information to send to your opponent when submitting a lineup. This is a great place for trash-talking as this message gets emailed to a team's weekly opponent (assuming their Franchise Setup-Contact Info
> settings are defined to receive it) and also saved to the Starting Lineups report.
Fantasysharks.com Lineup CoachTM
This option only appears if the commissioner has enabled 'Show Links to Various Fantasysharks Tools' in the Reports & Other Settings screen for this league. When enabled, this fully automated tool intelligently analyzes your roster and suggests players that you might want to start based on your current league's settings. More detailed information on this feature can be found at the Fantasysharks.com Lineup CoachTM web page.
Unsubmitting Lineups
Un-checking all players as starters or submitting a lineups without any players checked for a given week will effectively bench all players. As a general rule, it's a good idea to always go to the Starting Lineup report immediately after you've submitted your lineup to ensure you've selected the correct players and completed the process.
When finished, you MUST click on the Submit Lineups button in order to apply your changes.
